Mint Motion required more than content creation support—he needed the foundational systems behind a real business.Like many creators, the audience-facing side of the brand existed first, but the backend structure needed clarity: business formation, monetization strategy, positioning, and long-term scalability.This project focused on building the strategic groundwork needed to turn a creator brand into a sustainable business.Rather than rushing into disconnected tactics, the priority was creating the right foundation first—brand identity, operational direction, and monetization planning.

Rather than rushing a launch, the focus was on building the right framework for a stronger release. The course launch is currently planned for a future rollout and mentorship is now taking place.
